Warframes Isleweaver Expansion: A Comprehensive Guide to Update 39 and Beyond
Warframe's latest expansion, Isleweaver, is now available across PC and consoles as part of Update 39. This release brings players back to Duviri with new story content, a limited-time Warframe Operation, and various gameplay changes.
The expansion introduces a new Duviri node called Scholar's Landing, where players can battle Murmur forces and a new boss, Oraxia, in a new Spiral mission structure. Operation: Eight Claw, a time-limited event tied to Isleweaver, runs from June 25 to July 16 and offers unique objectives, rewards (including Arcanes, cosmetics, and new Signas), and community milestones.
Oraxia is the game's 61st playable character-slash-suit, themed around predation and poison. She comes with signature weapons: the Scyotid (secondary) and Spinnerex (whip melee). Additionally, a new Incarnon Weapon – Thalys, a heavy scythe with shard mechanics and deep evolution customization, is also introduced.
Digital Extremes has also made significant changes to Warframe's new player experience with the Isleweaver expansion. Junction solo missions have been made more accessible, allowing players to earn rewards for individual tasks leading up to the Specter boss encounter. Junction missions now offer greater transparency, with the game clearly displaying all objectives and rewards in advance.
Other Isleweaver novelties include a rework of Valkyr's abilities, TennoGen additions, new Warframe Augment Mods, and various quality-of-life improvements. The expansion also includes over 100 bug fixes, script error resolutions, and numerous environmental/cosmetic polish passes.
In addition to the new content and gameplay changes, Isleweaver also introduces new cosmetics and TennoGen items such as the Citrine Aphrodita Collection, Oraxia Bundle, and 1999 Round Table hair pack.
