Von Der Leyen Says EU Ready If US Trade Talks Break Down

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said the European Union is prepared for all eventualities in its trade negotiations with the US, including for a breakdown in talks. The EU needs to reach an agreement with US President Donald Trump by July 9, when levies on nearly all of the bloc's exports to the US increase to 50%. Bloomberg's Oliver Crook reports.
