Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man 2.1 Gets Poster Ahead of Theatrical Release

Sony Pictures has shared the first Spider-Man 2.1 poster for the upcoming theatrical debut of the extended cut version of Sam Raimi‘s Spider-Man 2 in 4K. It is expected to include new and extended scenes from the acclaimed sequel.
Tickets for the event will be available for purchase starting on July 25, 2025, at Fathom Entertainment and participating theatre box offices.

The limited screenings of Spider-Man 2.1 will officially take place on September 27 and October 4 as part of Sony Pictures and Fathom Entertainment’s special Spider-Man trilogy rerelease event. The original Tobey Maguire-led sequel was a box office hit that earned a worldwide gross of over $795 million. It currently holds a Certified Fresh rating of 93% on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 274 reviews.
