'Survivor' Host Jeff Probst's New Video Has Fans Saying the Same Thing

'Survivor' Host Jeff Probst's New Video Has Fans Saying the Same Thing originally appeared on Parade.
Survivor host Jeff Probst just posted a new video to social media - and it has fans saying the same thing.
The longtime host of the CBS series took a video of himself alongside crew members of Survivor 50: In the Hands of the Fans to announce that filming had just wrapped in Fiji.
"We just finished 50, we already finished 49." Probst said. "I just want to send a video and say the same thing we always say: Thank you because [the fans] make it possible in ways that are visible, and in ways that nobody ever sees, but we know about and we love our partnership."

"There's a lot of stuff people don't know that we do, I personally build a lot of them and take down a lot of them."
Probst then turned the camera around to crew members and said, "Right?" to which they eagerly responded, "Yeah!"
"We're looking forward to coming back. We'll be back here for [seasons] 51 and 52. Anyways, thanks for the continued love and support. We love Fiji." he added.
Probst and the crew ended the video with "Bula, Bula, Bula" which directly translates to "life" in Fijian but is used as a warm greeting, similar to "hello" or "welcome."
But despite the host's kind words to fans, longtime watchers of the series couldn't help but notice Probst's less than enthusiastic energy - and many are thinking this means he's unhappy with the results of Survivor 50.

Another posted a video of season 48 fan-favorite Mitch Guerra shaking his finger with the caption "The Survivor 50 women denying Jeff Probst a Jonathan Young or Charlie Davis win."
Other fans theorized that Probst's mellow reaction was caused by a woman winning Survivor 50, though the host has long said his favorite castaways include female players like Parvati Shallow and Cirie Fields, the latter of which is a contestant on Survivor 50.
"Oh I just know a woman is winning," one X user posted. Another commented, "A WOMAN WON SURVIVOR 50."
