Star Wars Outlaws Update 1.008: Fixes and Improvements for a Smoother Gaming Experience
Ubisoft has released another update for Star Wars Outlaws, addressing several bugs and glitches in the base game and its two DLC campaigns. The latest update, Star Wars Outlaws Update 1.008, brings a series of fixes and improvements to the game, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable experience for players.
The update addresses various technical issues, including an issue where players could not fast travel or take off from Achra Station if landing during dialogue. Additionally, the game's UI and accessibility options have been improved, with the addition of accessibility shortcuts when using a controller.
For players on Toshara, Tatooine, and Akiva, several questlines have been fixed, including issues with intel quest completion at Smuggler's Camp, Abandoned Hideout, and Hidden Riches. In the Wild Card DLC, an issue where Kay could board the Morenia with a secondary weapon holstered has been resolved. Meanwhile, in A Pirate's Fortune, several issues have been fixed in the "Lost Treasures" and "Dead Man's Tale" quests.
Other fixes include an issue where irrelevant NPC lines could be played after specific story progress, as well as various miscellaneous issues such as contraband contracts not being available from Reess, the Holotable, or contract terminals. Players can now save while carrying contraband cargo without any issues, and the Rokana Raider ship HUD should no longer disappear when boosting.
