No Season 2 for 'Doctor Odyssey' on ABC
June 28 (UPI) -- Joshua Jackson's Doctor Odyssey has been canceled after one season on ABC.
Variety, EW.com and TVLine.com reported the news Friday.
Jackson led the cast as the titular physician of a luxury liner.
The ensemble of the Ryan Murphy-created show also included Don Johnson, Phillipa Soo, Sean Teale and Robert Massey.
The conclusion of 'Doctor Odyssey' without a second season on ABC marks an end to viewers' expectations, leaving fans both dissatisfied and nostalgic for the show’s unique blend of sci-fi adventure.
