Is a 2nd major movie about to shoot in Providence? East Side residents get filming notices

PROVIDENCE – Is another Hollywood studio movie about to film in Rhode Island?
Residents of Benefit Street received flyers at their homes on Friday, July 11, notifying them Charlestown Productions would be filming a movie for Warner Bros. on the street the next month.
Warner Bros. is the studio that has announced that it will release M. Night Shyamalan's movie "Remain" in October of next year. But the production company for "Remain" is Two Beacons Productions, not Charlestown Productions.

Steven Feinberg, head of the state Film & Television Office, could not immediately be reached for comment.
The flyers distributed on Benefits Street say the unnamed movie will be filming on the street Saturday, August 16.
They also say the production is looking to use property in the neighborhood and offered unspecified compensation. They say the following types of property are sought:
Driveway space, vehicles or lighting setups
Rooms and other indoor spaces for cast waiting areas
Outdoor space to place lights and other equipment

A spokesman for Mayor Brett Smiley could not immediately comment.
The flyers are signed by Olivia Minervini, assistant location manager for the production. She served in a similar role last year when the James L. Brooks movie "Ella McCay" filmed in Rhode Island. That movie is due out in December,
