We can’t wait to make this house a home and add our El Moussa design flare and show you guys some of the process." The move coincides with Heather announcing that she has teamed up with SHEIN for a homeware collection in a neutral color palette. The inspiration for the collection could offer an idea of the themes that she and Tarek, 43, have in mind for their own home. Heather told PEOPLE that she has been working on bringing luxury design to their flips and really elevating them, while also finding things that are budget-friendly so consumers can find things attainable. She is currently into neutral tones but adds pops of color with flowers, which she loves to do every week. The couple's previous home in Costa Mesa was sold by Tarek after they found a new place to live in Newport Beach. Tarek described it as "a super killer house" but added that it was only a temporary home until they found the perfect one.
