A new residential and commercial complex is currently being constructed in Montreal's Saint-Michel neighborhood, with an investment of over C$150 million ($110.5 million) from a collaboration between Canadian real estate company Groupe HD, family-owned investment firm Kastello Immobilier, and private real estate company CPD Immobilier.
