Frank Pupillo is a true rock 'n' roll legend in Worcester, Massachusetts. Don't just take our word for it; look at his impressive resume. As the co-owner of Rascals, located at 70 James St., he has created a live music haven where Baby Boomers, Generation Xers, Millennials, and Zoomers can all come together and enjoy the music without feeling out of place.

But Pupillo's rock 'n' roll journey doesn't stop there. He is also the frontman for the highly successful Poison cover band Shot of Poison, which competed on E! Network's "Clash of The Cover Bands" and later performed live with Poison's singer Bret Michaels.

Pupillo's rock 'n' roll credentials don't end there. He graduated from Burncoat High School, a school that can be considered Worcester's "Rock 'n' Roll High School." And he is the brains behind Octo Rock Cinema Productions, which has become a leading force in festival shows in Central Massachusetts.

This summer, Pupillo is helming four radio-sponsored "Fest" events at Indian Ranch in Webster: The Eighth Annual Nash Icon Local CountryFest on June 29, The Pike's inaugural GrungeFest 2025 on July 13, The Pike HairFest 2025 on July 19, and The Pike RokFest 2025 on September 6.

The Toby Keith tribute band Red Solo Cup will headline the CountryFest, which will also feature Lexi James & Wildheart, Whitney Doucet Band, Traveller - The Chris Stapel顿Experience, and Garth Live. The GrungeFest will celebrate the Seattle Sound of the '90s with Say Hello II Heaven (Chris Cornell Anthology), King Jeremy (Pearl Jam tribute band), Rotten Apple (Alice In Chains tribute band), and Nirvani (Nirvana tribute band).

The HairFest will feature Pyromania (Def Lepp Queensryche tribute band), Empire (Queensryche tribute band), Shot of Poison (Poison tribute band featuring Pupillo), Ozzmosis (Ozzy Osbourne tribute band), and Beyond Purple (a hard-rocking tribute to Deep Purple, Whitesnake, Dio, and Rainbow). Eddie Trunk will host the event, and rock photographer Mark Weiss will be signing copies of his bestselling book "The Decade that Rocked" and his new magazine "Rocked."

For those who love classic and soon-to-be-classic rock 'n' roll, The Pike RokFest serves up a piping hot lineup that includes 4NRS Journey (a combination Foreigner and Journey tribute band with Keith Carmichael), Speedwagon (The REO Experience), Beautiful Losers (Bob Seger tribute band), The Crystal Ship (Doors tribute band), and American Badass (Kid Rock tribute band).

Tickets for CountryFest range from $42.40 to $54.65, while tickets for GrungeFest, HairFest, and RokFest range from $45.40 to $62.65. Doors open at 11 a.m. for all "Fest" events, with shows starting at noon. All events are rain or shine.
