Former Danity Kane Star Reacts to Diddy Verdict

The Sean "Diddy" Combs verdict is rendering reactions from all over the entertainment industry, and one former member of his group, Danity Kane, had something to say.
Aubrey O'Day shared her thoughts with her followers on her Instagram Stories on July 2 with a live video clip of CNN journalists reacting to the aftermath of the trial.
"Oh my God, not guilty on Cassie [Ventura], not guilty on RICO [Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act], no way that Jane [Diddy's anonymous ex-girlfriend] is gonna be guilty," she said. "This makes me physically ill. Cassie probably feels so horrible. Ugh, I'm gonna vomit."

“Puff is a very difficult person to work with,” O’Day told Variety in 2019 ahead of his federal legal case. “Everything had to be perfect. ... We were scared to death with what would happen with Puff each day. There was just no room for error. Diddy was one of the most intense people you could ever work with. I experienced everything from race [remarks] to sexism, and a lot of it was scary."
Richard, one of O'Day's former bandmates, testified in the trial, revealing that they watched Diddy abuse his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in front of them.
"He came downstairs screaming, belligerent, asking where his food was, and proceeded to hit her over the head, kicked her, and beat her to the ground in front of us," she testified. Richard claimed that the music producer told her that "it was in our best interest if we didn’t say anything." She currently has a civil lawsuit against him for alleged "physical abuse, groping, and psychological abuse" while a member of Danity Kane, per The Mirror.

We will continue to aggressively fight our case until we obtain full and complete justice for Dawn."
