On Tuesday afternoon, Deadline reported that Bridgerton actress Simone Ashley has joined the cast of The Devil Wears Prada 2, alongside cast members Anne Hathaway, Meryl Streep, Emily Blunt, Stanley Tucci and new addition Kenneth Branagh.
The sequel of the 2006 film will follow fashion editor-in-chief Miranda Priestly (Streep), whose magazine is facing a heavy decline as the print industry goes down and is slowly getting replaced by digital news.
