The couple's journey started in 2007 when they tied the knot in Portofino at La Cervara, a historic abbey with stunning ocean views. Despite recent health issues for Stewart, who had to cancel a series of upcoming tour dates due to the flu in June, the couple's celebratory occasion was a joyful one. Stewart is expected to continue touring through the summer on his One Last Time tour, accompanied by rock band Cheap Trick.
Back in January, Stewart celebrated his 80th birthday, and Lancaster took to Instagram to celebrate her hubby's important milestone. "Happy birthday my darling ❤️ so blessed to be sharing this day together with all our kids.
