Real estate investment company Accesso has announced that it has signed close to 112,000 square feet in lease expansions throughout its portfolio in the past year, amid increased activity in the U.S. office market.
The firm revealed that the transactions include a variety of metropolitan areas such as Charlotte, NC; Houston, TX; Charleston, SC; and Boca Raton, FL, among others. "The recent success we've had signing expansions for our existing office tenants reflects the broader trend of more companies across the country making long-term decisions on office space and wanting to be part of an active and engaging environment," said Paul Gaines, Accesso Chief Asset Officer.
